NEW TRIKE 7

Well, I've had problems every time I turned around.  I wanted to put a new front end on it.  I purchased a Springer from a well known company.  It was supposed to fit my new wheel.

When I received I found there was no way I could use this wheel with the new Springer. It was too narrow for the wheel to fit.  So, I returned it and they gave me my money back.  So, I figured I would just get a Harly Narrow Glide Front end with tubes 11/12 over and my problems would be solved.  Nope!  When I removed the old Springer I found that the stem was 15/16ths and the HD is 1 inch.

Hey, Guess what?  I'm writing this on 3/19/04  I've had the trike one year as of 3/20/04 and still working on it.  Of course I wasn't able to do much over the winter months as my shed just doesn't hold the heat very well.  All I need to take it down and license it is a front end.  Shouldn't be long now, but I've said that before.
